For us, we chose DJ Jimn and he was so nice to run through the program the week before the event, and make sure we were on the same page. On our wedding day, since we were on a time crunch, he needed to move around minimal details and everything went well! As for the party, all age groups enjoyed and danced!!! I'll recommend DJ Jimn to our friends and families! Just let the DJ know not to finish all the music and change it every 1-2 chorus. Budget-wise, you can have a host/DJ all in one.”

I was looking for a non-traditional wedding DJ, someone who wasn't too cheesy or "in your face," and that is exactly what I found with this company. We loved working with Nick M. and had chosen him specifically because he was recommended for the type of music we prefer. He read the room and understood the vibe we were going for and was able to fill in the blanks in our provided playlists perfectly. We got so many compliments from guests regarding how good the music was, which made us really happy. Nick was also very flexible and accommodating as we had a lot of last-minute song choices (night before and day-of). He did everything to make sure we were on the same page with the song choices and song order, especially regarding the grand entrance and first dance songs. My only regret is that I didn't get to talk to Nick more amongst the craziness of the wedding day! I would highly recommend Second Song and Nick M. for all your wedding DJ needs!”

“I used Summit Events Co. for my December '24 wedding and could not recommend them more! DJ Ben was SO fun and really kept the party alive. He was such a pleasure to meet with ahead of time and asked us tons of questions to really understand our vision for the evening. He was truly a delight and even wore black, per my very annoying request :) He also had me get on the DJ board (just pretending) and it was a huge hit! Very fun, very adaptable! Summit Events Co. uses an app for all of your music and timeline needs and it was SUPER easy to use. It connects to Spotify, Youtube, and a few other platforms so I could just upload my playlists I had already worked on and it made everything really fast. We also got a photobooth which was AMAZING. It's hard to know when planning a wedding what is worth the extra cost but this hands down was worth it. Our attendant was such an angel and multiple people came up to me after to tell me how cool she was! Their pricing is super reasonable - very in line with other vendors I found and Ben was able to accommodate our specific budget while still making our vision come to life. Overall I would highly, HIGHLY recommend Summit Events Co!”

“I highly recommend Sound Originals for wedding photography based on the communication, organization, value, and most importantly, the final product. Gabriella was always very responsive and clear in the messages sent via the online portal when we had questions. I was a bit hesitant to book this vendor because I didn’t know anyone who’d used the company before, but I’m glad I did. We were lucky to get paired with Jared as our photographer and immediately felt comfortable with him on our virtual planning call. On the day of our wedding he was prompt and had plenty of ideas ready to go, but he was also very open to any ideas we had. He never made us feel rushed at all as you could tell he wanted to take his time to get the shots right. He was patient when necessary, efficient when necessary and always reminded us to let him know if any poses didn’t feel comfortable or natural. We didn’t have a second shooter but you wouldn’t be able to tell by looking at our photos as Jared managed to get great variety in the angles during the ceremony and reception. The photos are beautiful and we are looking forward to framing a few. We got the sneak peak within 2 weeks and the full photo gallery not too long after that. The only critique I have is that the florist we used was incorrectly tagged on the sneak peak instagram post, and wasn’t corrected even though I reached out via direct message and comment. The flowers were beautiful & the correct florist deserved the credit. Overall, I would definitely work with Sound Originals and Jared in particular again in the future.”

Thanks to their Venue Match service, we found our dream spot—the Prospect Park Boathouse. It was exactly what we envisioned: beautiful, intimate, and full of charm. Mostest made the process so easy by narrowing down options based on our style and budget, which saved us hours of research and back-and-forth on quotes. My favorite part of the service was contract review, where they breakdown each line of the contract so nothing surprised us. We also used their Day-of Coordination, and honestly, I wasn’t sure what to expect when they recommended a Junior Coordinator too. Our wedding had two locations—ceremony and reception—and having a point person at each site was a total game-changer, so I'm glad they guided us. It meant everything ran smoothly, and I didn’t get bombarded with questions or last-minute details. The Junior Coordinator handled all the logistics at the ceremony while the lead coordinator managed things at the reception. If your budget allows it, splurge for this add on for sure. Together, they made sure every little detail was perfect. I recommend Mostest to everyone - we were able to enjoy our wedding day without stressing about the details. “JJ did such a fantastic job at our wedding this June! 3 things really stood out about him! 1) Attentive JJ Really paid attention to what I wanted our wedding day and reception to look like. Everything went so smoothly on the day of because he had really paid attention and gone over every detail of the timeline I had typed up. He was so fun and energetic and really got the party going! He customized our playlist too so that all my favorite songs got played at the wedding. 2) Professional Even though he is definitely fun and outgoing, he was very professional in all his text messages and emails and phone calls. “Bakers Ranch is a team of informed wedding professionals who are experts in the unique art of weddings. Our wedding day felt like pure magic, and it is truly thanks to the incredible team at this wedding venue. Our guests were in awe of the space, and we received so many compliments regarding the décor, drinks, food, photographer and overall experience. My husband and I put a lot of time and research into finding the right wedding venue for us, and we walked away from our wedding day with a feeling of pride for our selection, and gratitude for the support we received. We looked at venues across three states. It was a little overwhelming and emotional, knowing that the venue would dictate so much of our time as an engaged couple and ultimately, our one wedding day. Bakers Ranch immediately stood out to us, it was an all-inclusive wedding venue that would eliminate some stress of planning. It had a gorgeous green backdrop of ancient oaks and rich foliage. It had Jeremy, a wedding planner that was calm, reassuring, honest and unlike any wedding professional we had met in our search. We booked the first available Saturday the following year almost immediately. I was also an extremely detail-oriented bride, straight down to the plates, the handmade table cards, and a personal note for each attendee. But it was all perfect. The decor, the flowers, the cocktails, the food, the week before, the day before, the day of, were all a dream. Everything that I communicated was heard. The vision that I had planned for was achieved. It was even better than what we could have imagined. We are extremely grateful to Baker’s Ranch for their incredible work.”

“Our experience working with Jamie and Ceremony DJs can be best summed up by the fact that multiple people told us after the ceremony they wanted to book him for their wedding and at least one got his business card! I can't imagine a better DJ, truly. When we first met with Jamie, he said he could make people dance to anything and would keep people on the dance floor all night, and he WAS NOT LYING. The whole night, the dance floor was PACKED even though it was rainy/muddy/cold/wet. Jamie took us on a journey that covered all of the bases of the music we love to hear and dance to, seamlessly and magically (?) integrating genres with the best mixes, it was pure wizardry and really captured who we were. We as a couple care a lot about music and wanted music that represented who we were and what we like to listen to, and he did not disappoint! So much prep work went into this, he took patience and time to try to understand our tastes and vibe, and it was so cool to have the wedding played on vinyl- basically, Jamie just "got it" from start to finish and we had the best time! Our wedding also got delayed due to rain and a road closure and he was such a good sport, staying late to keep us all dancing for a whole other hour- so fun! Also, when our ceremony musician was stuck in traffic due to the storm, he was so prepared and had our prelude/processional music downloaded so we could still walk down the aisle to the songs we'd chosen. Overall, such a cool, kind, funny guy who was professional and prepared in every way and honest just takes time to meet and know his clients, and clearly just loves to share his love of music. I would book him for everything if I could. BOOK THIS DJ. You will NOT regret it!”

However, their shipping turnaround time was awful, with the flowers due back just 2 days after the wedding. This is more of a business than a vendor, so don't expect a lot of personalized care. While I ordered more florals than I ended up needing, it was worth it to have the full, lush look I was going for on our special day.”
